Building Maintenance Engineer – London W1

Are you an Electrical qualified Building services Engineer looking for a great single site role Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00  working in a corporate office in London? If so this role would be perfect for you!

Working for a large Facilities Management company this role will be based in W1 London, you will be the first port of call for any basic maintenance issues, including changing light bulbs, checking room temperatures, being able to carry out basic maintenance repairs like sticking doors/locks.  Nothing too taxing.  They also need someone who is happy to muck in and help out with other areas of the business if someone is off sick or short staffed, like cleaning up spills, blocked toilets, even through to delivering the post/being on reception if this was needed. (Please note these other duties would not be an everyday occurrence literally just when needed).  A can do attitude and people skills is a must for this role.
