Our client who is a leading Facilities Management company are looking to recruit a Technical Compliance and Hard Services Manager (TCHS). The role will be a full time position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 08.30-17.00 based in Barnwood, Gloucester.

You will be reporting into the Senior Facilities Manager and have responsibility for:-
Compliance and the day to day operations of the fabric and M&E maintenance teams, including development of the contract and engineers.

Safely operating and maintaining all systems and associated equipment on site in line with current legislation.

The role requires the Technical Compliance and Hard Services Manager to assist the Senior Facilities Manager; to operate on a daily basis with self-autonomy, dealing with matters including SHEQ, personnel management, subcontractor management, contract management, budget control, engineering planning and delivery, and planned preventative maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have relevant exposure in a similar role with Primary trade qualifications and substantial experience gained within a building services environment.

The following are desirable:
• IEE Regulations 17th or 18th Edition
• Legionella Awareness
• AP12- LV Qualified
• Health & Safety Awareness
• Health & Safety IOSH Managing Safety (or equivalent)
• 2391 City & Guilds Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• Construction Site Safety, SMSTS (or equivalent)
• Proficient in use of IT software Word/Excel etc.
• ILM Training Advantageous
